Join Merkle as a Senior Salesforce Consultant in our Talent Community for Geneva onsite opportunities. You will design and implement Salesforce Service Cloud and Data Cloud solutions aligned to client goals, working with cross‑functional teams. You’ll lead discovery workshops, advise on CRM strategy and data architecture, and support change management to drive adoption. This role offers exposure to multi-cloud deployments, mentorship of junior colleagues, and a pathway to impact at scale within a global network.

Responsabilités
- Design and implement Salesforce Service Cloud and Data Cloud solutions aligned to client goals
- Lead workshops and discovery sessions to translate business needs into user stories and designs
- Advise on CRM strategy, data architecture, and process optimization
- Support multi-cloud Salesforce projects and ensure alignment between business and technology
- Collaborate with development, UX/design, and content teams onsite and/or offshore
- Prepare and present solution proposals, demos, and documentation
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing
- Promote reusability and scalability of solution components across engagements
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and industry trends
- Support change management and adoption strategies for client teams
Principales exigences
- Proven experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Data Cloud implementations
- Salesforce certifications are a strong plus (e.g., Service Cloud Consultant, Data Cloud, Administrator, Platform App Builder)
- Client-facing experience with strong communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies and project management tools
- Fluency in French and English
- Experience in international and cross-functional teams is a plus
- Onsite presence in Geneva required
