In this role you will support video interface software and hardware products, focusing on high-speed SerDes and instrumentation control. You’ll collaborate with embedded software and hardware teams to assist customers worldwide and contribute to reference designs. The position combines hands-on lab work with customer-facing support in Munich, leveraging your programming and engineering skills to enable automotive technology initiatives. A strong German and English proficiency enables effective communication within EU teams and with international clients.

Responsabilités

support video interface software and hardware products including high-speed SerDes
write software in C, C++ and Python to control instrumentation
contribute to reference design development
work closely with embedded software and hardware teams
act as contact point for customers worldwide
assist in integration of new products into customer development projects

Principales exigences

degree in Computer Science, Electrical and Electronic Engineering or similar
several years of experience in customer support and product integration
hands-on knowledge of SerDes architecture
C/C++ and Python programming experience
comfortable with Lab instruments (oscilloscopes, interface analysers)
beneficial exposure to PCB development or 3D Field Simulation (EM, CST, HFSS)
EU work authorisation
fluent German and English
