In this role you drive competency-based training for the Maintenance team, aligning learning with site needs and regulatory requirements. You partner with Workforce Development to shape learning pathways and ensure timely delivery of training. You translate EHSS and technical needs into practical knowledge, enabling safe and effective plant operations. You design engaging content, support change in learning processes, and monitor training progress to meet site targets. You will work across maintenance, planners, and supervisors to uplift skills and performance.

Responsabilités

Develop competency-based maintenance training courses, learning pathways, and examinations
Coordinate with internal and external trainers to ensure timely development and delivery
Translate EHSS and technical requirements into knowledge and competencies for the maintenance team
Design and renew practical training setups and learning environments
Collaborate with managers to create competency overviews and learning plans
Guide and encourage employees in their learning and manage change in training processes

Principales exigences

Demonstrable experience in a similar training/coordinator role
Strong didactic skills and ability to translate technical depth into learning materials
Oversee training programs and distinguish major vs. minor issues
Proactive, self-starter, results-driven, and perseverant mindset
Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
Experience guiding change processes
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and external training providers
