Responsabilités

Manage day-to-day client interactions and escalations across Transfer Agency services
Develop and implement strategies to enhance client service delivery using best practices and innovative solutions
Serve as the primary contact for key clients, addressing needs with professionalism
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and ensure timely, accurate client reporting
Monitor performance metrics, identify improvement areas, and implement corrective actions
Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold risk management standards

Principales exigences

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
4-7 years of total work experience (preferred)
Operational or client service delivery experience (preferred)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and cross-team collaboration
