In this leadership role, you drive water treatment initiatives across the US South, shaping strategy, growth, and technical excellence. You will lead a dispersed team, foster industry partnerships, and expand our capabilities with innovative, data-informed approaches. Your work elevates Stantec’s brand through thought leadership and client collaboration while delivering complex drinking water projects. This position blends strategic direction with hands-on delivery and talent development.

Responsabilités

Identify and pursue strategic pursuits with local leaders and business developers
Act as liaison between regional teams and North American sector leadership to align technical skills
Strengthen brand leadership through industry participation and strategic client engagement
Provide leadership to water treatment professionals across multiple levels
Engage regularly with clients and participate in industry associations
Translate industry drivers and regulations into portfolio growth strategies for the US South region
Collaborate regionally to share knowledge and resources and support cross-border initiatives
Contribute to North America Water Treatment Team to deploy strategy across the continent
Recruit, retain, and inspire a high-performing water treatment team
Lead delivery of water projects as subject matter expert and adopt innovative technologies
Work with sector and practice leaders to match internal resources with projects and pursuits
Demonstrate commitment to Health and Safety culture
Develop and implement an annual Regional Sector Plan aligned with broader strategy
Execute KPIs including client engagement, industry leadership, and regional growth targets
Participate in blogs, webinars, and publications to advance the brand
Guide talent development, succession planning, and ERG/DPG participation
Meet utilization targets (50%–70%)

Principales exigences

Track record of year-over-year organic growth and business development
