To manage the Purchasing Function for the purchase of services related to Marketing (including strategic recommendations graphic design, print, edition & media buying) and Market Research (including data & Market studies) to achieve best value, time limit and quality in line with Company requirements and policy. In close collaboration with the Global Purchasing Director – Customers and Patients and key-stakeholders, to contribute to the definition, to implement and to deliver the purchasing policy defined for the managed categories to ensure a secure and competitive delivery of services by providers.   MISSIONS PRINCIPALES • Setting Procurement plans, policies, procedures and targets for the site in line with the approved recommendations of the Global Purchasing Director – Customers & Patients. • Contribute to the development of purchasing strategies, implementation of category management tools and processes, and lead strategic projects. • To report the purchasing performance according to IPSEN purchasing policy defined for the managed categories. • To answer local and global needs for services related to Marketing and Market Research globally by contributing and supporting budget optimization and purchasing performance. • Delivery of cost savings against purchasing performance …
